Entrada offers a mobile EHR extension, or smartphone app that integrates directly with major EHR vendors. Its goal is to improve provider and patient engagement from within the clinical workflow.
In 2016, Entrada reported a revenue of $12 million, with a revenue loss of roughly $2 million.
The transaction is expected to close upon completion of customary closing conditions.
