athenahealth names new acting chief product officer

athenahealth has named Kyle Armbrester as its acting chief product officer.

Mr. Armbrester is currently the company’s vice president of business development and the force behind the More Disruption Please initiative.

He is taking over for Jeremy Delinsky. Mr. Delinsky has been with athenahealth for 10 years and served in the CPO position for five months. He accepted a position as chief technology officer at Wayfair, based in Boston.

As acting CPO, Mr. Armbrester will lead teams involved with the MPD initiative, business development and emerging products.
