Here are four things to know about the company’s financial performance for the second quarter of 2015.
1. Emdeon reported $7.9 million in net income for the quarter, up from a $59.5 million loss in the second quarter of 2014.
2. Solutions revenue for the quarter increased 5.9 percent from $249.1 million to $263.8 million.
3. The company’s adjusted EBITDA for the quarter increased 8.4 percent to $97.9 million.
4. In July, Emdeon agreed to purchase Altegra Health. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
