1. Fitch upgrades Salem Health’s rating to ‘A+’
Fitch Ratings upgraded the rating to “A+” from “A” on Salem (Ore.) Health’s following bonds.

2. S&P revises Scotland Memorial Hospital’s outlook to positive
Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services revised Laurinburg, N.C.-based Scotland Memorial Hospital’s outlook to positive from stable.

3. Fitch revises National Jewish Health’s outlook to positive
Fitch Ratings affirmed its “BB+” rating on Denver-based National Jewish Health’s following bonds, issued by the Colorado Health Facilities Authority.

4. Fitch affirms Virginia Hospital Center’s ‘AA-‘ rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed its “AA-” rating on Arlington-based Virginia Hospital Center’s series 2010 hospital revenue bonds, affecting $122.1 million.

5. Moody’s assigns ‘Baa3’ rating to Antelope Valley Healthcare District’s bonds
Moody’s Investors Service assigned a “Baa3” rating to Lancaster, Calif.-based Antelope Valley Healthcare District’s proposed $140 million of series 2016A bonds. 

6. Moody’s affirms Heritage Valley Health System’s ‘A2’ rating
Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the ‘A2’ rating assigned to Beaver, Pa.-based Heritage Valley Health System’s bonds, affecting $55.1 million of rated debt.

7. Moody’s affirms Cleveland Clinic’s ‘Aa2’ rating
Moody’s Investors Service affirmed Cleveland Clinic Health System’s “Aa2,” “Aa2/VMIG 1” and “P-1” ratings, affecting $3.1 billion of debt.

8. Moody’s affirms Conway Medical Center’s ‘A3’ rating
Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the “A3” rating on Conway (S.C.) Medical Center’s bonds.

9. Moody’s assigns ‘Aa3’ rating to Oregon Health and Science University’s bonds
Moody’s Investors Service assigned an “Aa3” rating to Portland-based Oregon Health and Science University’s proposed series 2016B fixed rate revenue bonds, affecting $197 million.

10. Moody’s assigns ‘MIG 2’ rating to Buchanan County Health Center’s notes
Moody’s Investors Service assigned an “MIG 2” rating to Independence, Iowa-based Buchanan County Health Center’s proposed $18.1 million of series 2016 hospital revenue bond anticipation notes. 

11. Fitch assigns ‘AA-‘ rating to Oregon Health and Science University’s bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned an “AA-” rating to Portland-based Oregon Health and Science University’s series 2016B revenue bonds, affecting approximately $197 million.

12. Moody’s affirms Hendrick Medical Center’s ‘A2’ rating
Moody’s Investor’s Service affirmed Abilene, Texas-based Hendrick Medical Center’s “A2” rating, affecting $124.5 million of rated debt. 

13. Fitch affirms Hospital Sisters Health System’s ‘AA-‘ rating
Fitch Ratings affirmed the “AA-” long-term rating on Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System’s outstanding revenue bonds.

14. Fitch assigns ‘BBB+’ rating to Carson Tahoe Health System
Fitch Ratings assigned a “BBB+” rating to Carson City, Nev.-based Carson Tahoe Health System’s bonds.

15. Fitch downgrades Parrish Medical Center’s rating to ‘BBB’
Fitch Ratings downgraded the rating to “BBB” from “BBB+” on Titusville, Fla.-based Parrish Medical Center’s series 2008 revenue refunding bonds, affecting $30.8 million.
