Lee Physician Hospital Organization began working this month with Florida Blue to improve care coordination and reduce costs, according to the report. The program will establish quality performance and cost targets, in a model similar to that of Medicare ACOs.
This partnership marks Florida Blue’s 21st accountable care program, according to the report.
