The $237 million campus be located near I-57 and will feature a replacement hospital, a new medical office building and a surgery center. The hospital plans to demolish its current facility once the new campus is complete.
The campus is expected to create nearly 200 new jobs once it opens and 275 more during the construction phase, according to the report.
Construction bids will be accepted in January and construction is expected to begin in April.
