Mike Ward has joined SI as Business Development Manager, a role in which he will work with new and existing clients to deliver employee assessments and other hiring solutions. Mr. Ward has more than 25 years of experience in consulting.
Stephanie Keiser will take on the role of Solutions Specialist and support SI’s sales and marketing efforts. Jennifer Daugherty will join the company as Recruitment Process Outsourcing Coordinator, a role in which she will coordinate the delivery of various client services. SI’s consulting team has also added two new associates: Alison Medeiros and Meghan Why.
Michelle Hoag will fill the role of Support Services Associate for SI’s technology team. Lou Simon, who has been with SI for four years, was promoted to Director of Technology Development. He will manage all aspects of the company’s technology maintenance, vision and strategy.
