How many jobs have hospitals added in 2018? A breakdown by month

Hospitals have continued to see job growth in 2018, although that growth slowed in certain months.

So far this year, hospitals added the most jobs in January and the least in May, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

A breakdown of jobs added by month:

January — 12,700

February — 9,000

March — 9,900

April — 8,000

May — 6,200
