Hospitals Add More Than 6K Jobs in October

The hospital industry added 6,200 jobs in October, according to the latest analysis from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Hospital job numbers have steadily increased over the last three months, reflecting a larger trend across the healthcare industry.

Last month, the entire industry added a collective 30,500 jobs. Meanwhile, physicians’ offices and outpatient centers added 11,200 and 1,700 jobs, respectively.
