Kaiser Permanente was once again named fourth for their diversity efforts, holding the position for the second year in a row, according to the report. The insurer also ranked 43 overall in the large company (5,000 employees or more) category.
Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliates were also recognized, with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina ranking 18 on the large company list and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota ranking 23 among small companies (1,000 employees or less).
