Mr. Garvin’s responsibilities will include working with Avanza’s clients on strategic and operational planning as they develop ASC goals, according to a Jan. 9 press release. Mr. Garvin has more than 25 years of experience in the ambulatory care industry, working with dozens of health systems and thousands of physicians.
