Atlanta’s Grady Hospital Cuts 150 Positions

Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta has cut 150 positions as a result of economic pressures, according to a report by The Atlanta Journal Constitution.

The cuts include 140 layoffs and the closing of 10 open positions.

The hospital has been plagued with financial troubles for several years and experienced a $37 million deficit in 2008.
