Arizona health system hosts job fairs, recruiting new nursing grads

Tucson, Ariz.-based Carondelet Health Network will host several job fairs as it seeks to hire recent nursing graduates, according to CBS-affiliate TV station KOLD.

Vanessa Telford, a recruiting manager for Carondelet, which has hospitals in Tucson and Nogales, Ariz., told the station hospital officials week to persuade recent graduates to stay in Tucson and address the need for nurses in the area.

Job fairs are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 11 and 3 to 7 p.m. June 13 at the Holy Family Center on St. Mary’s Road in Tucson. A job fair is also scheduled for 3 to 7 p.m. June 6 at the Carondelet Villa Annex on Carondelet Drive.
