Forbes named 900 companies to its 2026 list of the World’s Best Employers, including 62 healthcare organizations.
Forbes worked with market research firm Statista on the seventh annual ranking, published Sept. 29. Statista surveyed more than 300,000 employees in more than 50 countries. To qualify, companies had to employ more than 1,000 people and operate globally.
Respondents said how likely they were to recommend their employer to family and friends. They also rated it on salary, career advancement opportunities, work-life balance and company reputation. They could also rate former employers from the past two years, as well as companies they knew through industry experience or through friends and family who worked there. Survey data from the past three years went into each score, with recent data and ratings from current employees counted more heavily.
