Twenty healthcare organizations were featured on Business Group on Health’s 2026 list of 56 honorees for excellence in health and well-being.
The companies on the 21st annual list, published April 22, were recognized for commitment to advancing employee well-being through innovative benefits and initiatives. The full list spans healthcare, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, technology and other industries.
Applicants are assessed on their ability to achieve impact across five categories: leadership, culture and well-being strategy; holistic well-being; engagement and employee experience; health inclusion and social determinants; and metrics and evaluation. Entries are reviewed by a panel of peer employer judges and Business Group staff members using a data-driven process.
