Clinical roles are among the 10 fastest-growing jobs for new graduates with bachelor’s degrees, according to a May 7 analysis from LinkedIn.
To compile the list, LinkedIn analyzed anonymized data from millions of member profiles and job postings between 2022 and 2024. The analysis focused on members’ first full-time job held after graduation and measured growth based on changes in hiring share over time. Only roles, industries and regions that demonstrated consistent growth and had a sufficient number of job postings over the past three years were included.
The 10 fastest-growing jobs for new graduates:
1. Artificial intelligence engineer
2. Law clerk
3. Datacenter technician
4. System engineer
5. Financial planning and analysis specialists
6. Business development representative
7. Administrative analyst
8. Product associate
9. Service desk specialist
10. Clinician
The analysis follows a separate LinkedIn survey indicating that Gen Z workers feel the least confident about finding or holding a job amid an increasingly competitive market.
