The 10 fastest-growing job titles for recent graduates include roles within hospitals and health systems, such as entry-level positions in marketing and human resources, according to an April 15 post from LinkedIn News.
LinkedIn compiled the report by using millions of LinkedIn member profiles from Jan. 1, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2025. The growth rate for each job title was based on the first full-time position held by a member after graduation. Only titles for which the volume of new graduate hires did not decline from the first to the most recent year of the analysis were included. Internships and volunteer, interim and student roles were excluded.
Here are the fastest-growing job titles for new graduates:
