San Francisco is the fastest-growing city for jobs among recent graduates, according to an April 15 post from LinkedIn News.
LinkedIn compiled the report by using millions of LinkedIn member profiles from Jan. 1, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2025. The growth rate for each city was based on the first full-time position held by a member following their graduation. Only cities where the volume of new graduate hires did not decline from the first to the most recent year of the analysis were included. Internships and volunteer, interim and student roles were excluded.
Here are the 10 cities where the most new graduates are getting jobs:
