WVU Healthcare seeking candidates for 400+ vacant positions: 4 things to know

Morgantown-based WVU Healthcare, with facilities in Morgantown, Fairmont and Bridgeport, is looking to fill more than 400 job openings.

Here are four things to know about the job openings.

1. The open jobs include clinical and non-clinical positions; some are entry-level jobs and others require some level of experience.

2. Among the positions available are housekeeping assistants, concierge desk staff, clinical associates and registered nurses.

3. Tuition reimbursement and on-the-job training is offered with some positions, according to a WAJR report.

4. WVU Healthcare Human Resources Manager Deveran George said of the job openings, “I think Morgantown is experiencing tremendous growth, not only WVU Healthcare but the whole area. I see great need for this area for folks who live here locally and for folks that are moving into the state,” according to WAJR.
