Here are three things to know about negotiations between the hospital and unionized workers.
1. According to the report, the workers said they are seeking better wages, healthcare and respect.
2. As far as the hospital, managers said their main goal is to provide great patient care and service, while offering good jobs in the community, according to the report.
3. The workers, who have been working without a contract, plan to walk off the job Feb. 16 and Feb. 17 if a deal isn’t reached by that time.
