The career fair will take place on Monday, March 2 in the Considine Professional Building in Akron. The hospital will hold interviews for skilled and unskilled engineering craftsman, housekeeping, culinary associates and visitor monitors.
Akron Children’s will also hold interviews for operating room technicians and staff nurses for the following areas:
- Operating room
- Burn center
- Emergency department
- Pediatric intensive care unit
- Psychiatric unit
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online prior to the fair and must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including a test for nicotine, alcohol and drugs.
