Waste Management Opens California’s Largest Medical Waste Processing Plant

Waste Management has announced the opening of the largest medical waste processing facility in California.

The 13,700-square foot plan was built in Vernon, Calif., and can process up to 100 tons of medical waste daily.

 

It will service hospitals and other healthcare facilities from Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.
