Tennessee’s Baptist Memorial Medical Group Acquires Oncology Physician Practice

Baptist Memorial Medical Group, part of Memphis-based Baptist Memorial Health Care, acquired The Family Cancer Center, also based in Memphis, according to a Memphis Business Journal report.

The Family Cancer Center is a comprehensive oncology physician practice with six clinics throughout Tennessee and Mississippi and employs 61 full-time employees, the report said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
