The behavioral health program, launched 10 years ago, is experiencing greater operating expenses and a “challenging reimbursement environment,” Valley Baptist Director of Marketing Teri Retana told The Brownsville Herald.
Despite the closure, outpatient intensive programs at VBMC-Brownsville and VBMC-Harlingen (Texas) will continue.
