U.S. Renal Care Acquires 2 Dialysis Centers in St. Louis

U.S. Renal Care, based in Plano, Texas, has acquired two dialysis facilities in St. Louis, bringing new options for area patients who suffer from chronic kidney failure.

At the same time as U.S. Renal Care’s acquisition, NHS Premier, a group of nephrologists practicing in the greater St. Louis market, purchased a minority interest in the two facilities.

Alexis Argoudelis, MD, and Kabeya Mwintshi, MD, will lead the two facilities, which feature a total of 21 dialysis stations, state-of-the-art technology and amenities to foster a healing environment.
