Mission Health Partners With Supermarket Chain to Fight Obesity

Asheville, N.C.-based Mission Health announced a partnership with Ingles Markets, a supermarket chain also based in Asheville, to reduce obesity rates.

On April 29, Mission Health and Ingles will launch a free, community-wide program called Lighten Up for Life to help people lose weight and improve their overall health. Mission Health will hold events and host booths at Ingles Markets’ locations to educate the community on maintaining a healthy weight and other health-related topics.
