Griffin Hospital in Derby, Conn., has launched a breast cancer survivorship program, according to a New Haven Register report.

Griffin Hospital launched a breast cancer survivorship program.Through the program, called Spirit of Strength, the hospital’s Center for Cancer Care will provide breast cancer survivors a summary of their cancer treatment and a care plan for the future.
