UGHS acquired the diagnostic imaging, physical therapy and sleep clinics from Kingwood Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Center, an association of 13 physicians and mid-level providers.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but UGHS estimates the acquisition will generate at least $6.5 million in annual net patient revenues. The deal will expand the system’s reach into Houston’s north metropolitan area.
