University General Health Acquires Sleep and Imaging Center, Revenue Growth Expected

University General Health System in Houston announced the acquisition of a sleep and imaging center from Jacinto Medical Group in Baytown, Texas.

The acquisition is expected to contribute more than $5 million in revenue and an estimated $1.6 million in adjusted EBITDA annually, according to the health system.

The center will serve as a hospital outpatient department of the system’s flagship University General Hospital in Houston.
