The acquisition will help the institute form an integrated group of cardiologists, enhancing coordination of care and gaining operational efficiencies, the hospital said.
The institute is affiliated with more than 60 cardiac and vascular specialists, including cardiologists, surgeons, radiologists, anesthesiologists and vascular specialists.
