Memorial Hospital of Abilene in Kansas to Begin $20M Expansion in November

Officials at Memorial Hospital of Abilene (Kansas) expect to break ground on its $20 million expansion project on Nov. 15, according to an Abilene Reflector-Chronicle report.

The hospital, which has a total operating net income of $289,519 from Jan. 2011 through Aug. 2011, plans to approve the bond paperwork for the project the day before the groundbreaking ceremony.
