Stanford Health Care was ranked one of the best hospitals for orthopedics for 2014-15 by U.S. News & World Report. The hospital offers a number of orthopedic-centered clinics and services, including a sports medicine and physical therapy clinic, a spine center, orthopedic surgical oncology program and trauma care. The clinics feature both surgical and non-operative spinal injury treatment, sports medicine, joint replacement and orthopedic tumor surgery. A Blue Distinction Center for both spine surgery and knee and hip replacement, Stanford Health Care is also designated as a Magnet hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
