St. Louis Children’s sets national record for pediatric heart transplants

St. Louis (Mo.) Children’s and Washington University Heart Center recently set a national record for pediatric heart transplants.

The center was the first in the U.S. to complete 600 pediatric heart-only transplants, according to a July 6 system news release. The record was achieved in May.
