St. Joseph Health System, Regent Surgical Health Form Joint Venture

St. Joseph Health System, based in Orange, Calif., has entered into a joint venture with surgery center management and development company Regent Surgical Health and the physician partners at Advanced Surgery Institute in Santa Rosa, Calif.

Advanced Surgery Institute opened in 2010 and includes 19 physician partners. Under the joint venture, St. Joseph’s Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital will take an ownership interest in the outpatient surgery facility.
