St. John Health System in Oklahoma Buys Hospital Facility It Had Leased

St. John Health System in Tulsa, Okla., has purchased St. John Broken Arrow (Okla.) and its medical office building for $147 million, according to a Tulsa World report.

The health system has leased the two buildings from their developer since 2010, when they opened.

A spokesman for the hospital said the system has been operating the hospital with the intent to eventually purchase the property.
