CBIZ has acquired the assets of ProMedical, an anesthesia billing company based in Ocala, Fla.
ProMedical is a full-service provider of medical billing and practice management services for hospital-based anesthesiology practices. CBIZ estimates ProMedical will add 58 employees and $4.9 million to their annualized revenue.
Cleveland-based CBIZ provides professional services that help clients better manage their finances and employees.
