The renovation added new technology to the hospital’s catheterization lab and vascular lab.
The upgrade is part of a larger overhaul of the hospital’s technology that is funded by $10 million from parent company Novant Health, based in Winston-Salem, N.C., and $4.6 million from the hospital’s foundation, according to the report.
