Transfer of the building is expected to occur by late 2025, according to a Sept. 26 news release from Parrish Healthcare. Details on the transition and Parrish’s plans for the building have not been released.
Health First and Parrish also plan the mutual network integration of both health systems as part of the partnership’s commitment to “expanding healthcare access across Brevard County,” the release said.
The moves come after the health systems agreed to drop long-standing legal disputes regarding competition, medical staff and facilities, according to a Sept. 24 Florida Today report.
