A series of recalls from India-based company Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has raised concerns about the safety of drugs manufactured overseas and the FDA's role in ensuring public safety, ProPublica reported Dec. 12. 

Chino (Calif.) Valley Medical Center evacuated four patients from its intensive care unit Dec. 8 after a fire broke out on the 112-bed hospital campus, according to The Mercury News.

The Association of Science & Technology Centers (ASTC) reports that there are over 400 Science Museums across the World that are actively involved in progressing healthcare in some manner.
