Chad Boore was appointed president of Cone Health’s Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, N.C., and Annie Penn Hospital in Reidsville, N.C.
In his new role, Mr. Boore will oversee the hospitals’ strategic growth and operational effectiveness, according to an April 7 health system news release.
He joins Cone Health from Mason City-based MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, where he served as market COO.
Alamance Regional is a 238-bed medical and surgical hospital, and Annie Penn is a 110-bed acute care facility. Both are part of Greensboro, N.C.-based Cone Health.
