Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center (Winston-Salem, N.C.). Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center’s Novant Health Derrick L. Davis Cancer Center specialists diagnose approximately 3,000 cancer cases per year. Through the cancer center, in association with the Novant Health Maya Angelou Women’s Health and Wellness Center, patients can access more than 100 national research trials focused on cancer treatment. Novant oncology teams also work to detect and prevent cancer before it begins: the Novant Health Cancer Genetics Clinic-Winston-Salem identifies patient risks for cancer, provides genetic testing and works with patients to develop screening and treatment plans.
