North Carolina Hospital to Reorganize

Lexington (N.C.) Memorial Hospital, a subsidiary of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, has announced plans to reorganize, according to a report by The Dispatch.

As part of the reorganization, Lexington CEO Steve Schultz is expected to assume the additional role of president. Dennis Ayers, the current president, and Becky Daley, vice president of nursing, are expected to leave the organization at the end of February, according to the report.

Johnny Veal, RN, MSN, has been named to the newly created position of vice president of patient care services.
