New NC GI-Driven Surgery Center Opens in Kingston

Gastroenterologist Eric Ibegbu, MD, has opened a new GI-driven surgery center in Kingston, N.C., according to a Free Press report.

The surgery center is included in a new office for Dr. Ibegbu. He will use the surgery center to perform procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies.

 

Dr. Ibegbu currently serves as the president and medical director of Atlantic Medical Group, which serves East Carolina and Coastal Carolina. He completed his medical training, internship, residency and fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center in Jacksonville.
