Missouri Children’s Hospital Purchases New Building for Outpatient Clinics

Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics in Kansas City, Mo., has purchase a new building, which it plans to use to house outpatient clinics and offices, according to a report in the Kansas City Business Journal.

Children’s Mercy paid $5 million for the 10-story building, and the newly renovated building will be called Children’s Mercy Broadway.

Renovations are expected to begin in the fall, and offices, which will also be housed in the building, will open by summer 2010, according to the report.
