Miller Children’s Hospital in California Unveils New Cancer Center Floor

Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach (Calif.) has unveiled its Jonathan Jaques Children’s Cancer Center floor, according to a Long Beach Post report.

The floor is part of the Miller Children’s pavilion, which began construction in 2009, and includes 24 private rooms and a large playroom. The new floor was funded with part of $98 million the hospital received through Proposition 3, a bond initiative for children’s hospitals, and $5.7 million from a fundraising campaign.
