Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health has acquired West Michigan Heart, a 30-physician cardiology group in Grand Rapids, according to a report by the Grand Rapids Press.
West Michigan Heart will fully integrate with Spectrum Health Medical Group within five years, according to the agreement.
The acquisition is part of West Michigan Heart is part of Spectrum’s effort to expand its cardiovascular program, according to the report.
