Starting Jan. 1, 2010, Meadville Medical Center will join 10 other affiliates in the network in a “primarily educational” affiliation, according to the report.
Although the hospital does expect more patients to access care at Roswell Park, the affiliation between the two hospitals is designed to offer better comprehensive cancer care in the region.
