Johns Hopkins Acquires Maryland Heart

Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine has acquired Maryland Heart PC, a 17-physician cardiology practice, according to a Washington Business Journal report.

Maryland Heart PC physicians will become employees of Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in January. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
