Dr. Collins received her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. She completed an internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus and a residency in anesthesiology at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She completed a fellowship in obstetric anesthesiology at Washington University in St. Louis.
