Man goes missing after walking out of Chicago hospital

Edwin Quintana, a 53-year-old man, walked out of Chicago-based Weiss Memorial Hospital April 13 and has been missing ever since, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Before being taken to the hospital, Mr. Quintana called a crisis hotline and threatened to harm himself. Authorities haven’t confirmed whether he was admitted, but know he hasn’t been seen since leaving the hospital.
